Pharmaserv GmbH & Co. KG with seat in Marburg is a system provider for companies of industries with particular sensitivity in aspects of hygiene. Pharmaserv has already been using the Web Connector for quite some time. This year the existing warehouse catalogues and online shop were succeeded by the high-performance e-commerce solution silver.eshop. The link to ERP MS Dynamics NAV is achieved with the Web Connector. The OCI interface realised in customisation for a large client as well as the option to show different product groups for various customers make the solution a valuable B2B ordering platform.

JAKO has been the official provider of FC Augsburg since April 2010. As early as 2009, silver.solutions devised a corresponding fan shop for JAKO Merchandising GmbH. The e-commerce solution silver.eshop already proven in the JAKO B2B shop is used. The direct connection to Microsoft Dynamics NAV ensures a smooth handling of orders at JAKO.

At the 34th International Dental Show in Cologne Shera presented a mobile app for the iPhone and iPad to customers and representatives. The app shows the entire product range in form of a catalogue. The catalogue is supplemented by current company news. Customers can easily login to the app with their familiar login information from the online shop and can place orders directly from their end-devices. The direct link of the app to the ERP of the client ensures the customary fast processing of the order.

The integrated e-commerce solution silver.basic is from now on called silver.e-shop. With the new version the shop receives an interesting additional component. The application framework Gearman is from now on taking on the role of a middleware and ensures that even in offline condition of mail servers and ERP systems, no information will be lost. Gearman transports mail and ERP messages to the wait loop and will attempt the delivery until the mail server or the ERP system returns a success message.
Apart from this aspect, things will not change. More comprehensive functionalities, a modular design and close linkage to the ERP system with the Web Connector will also ensure successful business via the internet in the future.
In the course of the year, the new name will be taken over step by step for all marketing and advertising materials. The silver.solutions website is making the start in this process.

This January the all new online shop for Hamburg based professional coffee machines specialist Coffema has been launched. As shop software Magento Community Edition has been chosen. The Web-Connector developed by silver.solutions combined with the Magento interface – also a silver.solutions development - is used for the ERP connection. This allows a direct transfer of orders and new customer data to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

After an unusually short project duration, Garmin was able to present its dealers with a new dealer portal and a new B2B shop just in time for IFA 2010. The dealer portal was developed on the basis of eZ Publish by Munich agency Berger Baader Hermes. As a B2B shop, the powerful eCommerce solution silver.basic, with its connection to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, supersedes the existing B2B shop. Customer data was imported from the old system to make the changeover as easy as possible for dealers. Garmin’s solution has the special feature of showing different product groups in the dealer shop to different dealer groups according to the product ranges they sell.
silver.solutions already expanded its range of offerings a while ago, and offers the shop solution Magento, especially for the B2C sector. A specially developed Magento interface allows connection to either Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP. Since 1 October 2010, silver.solutions has also been a Magento Community Partner, which clearly pronounces the strategic importance of Magento for future developments.
