With the Digital Experience Platform Ibexa DXP 3.3, companies now deliver product recommendations and relevant content in their shop and website even more easily. In real time, customers can always see exactly the items that are relevant to them. This leads to stronger customer loyalty and more sales in e-commerce. In addition, the new DXP version supports companies with changes and extensions to the platform. The new migration bundle offers versioning, change tracking and more change management functionality.

With the launch of Ibexa DXP 3.3, advanced personalisation features are now even more useful and easier to handle. Thanks to the deep integration into the Digital Experience Platform, products and additional content can be delivered at any time and to any customer. The personalisation feature applies to both individual customers and groups of customers and works right from the first visit to the website, as in the case of the implicit personalisation of the Norwegian bookseller Haugenbok.no, for example.

In a new dashboard, users can monitor the performance of their personalisation tools and receive comprehensive visualisations and statistics. Configuration is done via drag & drop and with the help of templates for different purposes. There are new out-of-the-box personalisation models that make it particularly easy to serve up different recommendations. These include, for example, products also clicked on by other customers, top rated items, products frequently bought together, editorial recommendations and much more.

With Ibexa DXP's powerful personalisation engine, businesses can increase customer satisfaction and benefit from higher sales. In conjunction with personalisation, according to an internal Ibexa survey, the top ten DXP customers have noticeably increased their sales in 2019. Revenue was up to 20 per cent higher as a result of products sold through recommendations. The use of personalisation was responsible for an additional 70 million euros revenue for these companies.
