Extensions and additional functions for silver.eShop

silver.eShop has a modular design and offers a very flexible concept. Additional functions can be added either as extra modules or as a plugin. This way you can start up your online shop with a strong range of standard features but as you grow more functions can be easily implemented to fit your requirements. Another important bonus for your e-commerce project: you only introduce the features you really need. Flexibility instead of one-fits-all is the motto.

  • Adaptive Personalisation

    Individual offers for selected customer groups to generate more revenue.

    The "Adaptive Personalisation" plugin makes it possible to meet the customers needs within a certain situation by using rules. So called personas describe specific usage situations. Personas can be defined based on used device, shopping cart value, time spent in the shop or by data from the ERP system. In real-time user behaviour is checked against the personas and in case of a match users will see relevant benefits, vouchers or information.

  • Customer Center

    The extra module "Customer Center“ maps customer specific business processes and makes them available in the online shop.

    The extra module allows for re-creating corporate structures in the shop. Large customers, where many employees need access to the shop, can independently create and manage employees as shop customers. Users receive specific rights, e.g. access to certain product categories and budget limits in combination with approval processes. The customer center also simplifies the work of the shop owner since customers can manage contact data and shop access for their employees themselves. This data can be exchanged directly with the central ERP and are always up-to-date.

  • Delegate

    The "Delegate" feature supports your sales staff – in the office or with customers on site.

    With the Delegate module, the shop operator or the responsible employees have the opportunity to log on to the shop in the customer´s name in order to view orders, invoices and other information. Thus, sales representatives can assist the customer with complex order during a visit on site. In the case of telephone consulting, account managers can directly take on the role of the customer and quickly clarify questions.

  • Vouchers

    Create vouchers to increase customer loyalty and create incentives to buy.

    Voucher-Code marketing controlled from the ERP or from the shop – the "Vouchers" plugin makes it possible. Discount or value vouchers can easily be created in the shop back end. A vouchers contains discount conditions like minimum basket value or discountable products. Create individual vouchers that are valid a given number of times over a certain time period or personalised vouchers that are only valid once.

  • Scan to Basket

    Scan products with your smart phone and send them to the shop with one click in the Scanner app.

    The Scanner app is an innovative scanning solution for mobile e-commerce based on a Progressive Web App (PWA). Customers can use their smartphone to scan products in the warehouse and transfer them to the shop at the push of a button. This works quickly and securely. The shops displays the current stock and prices for the selected products at a glance. The scanner supports EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A and UPC-E barcodes, QR codes and others.

  • Online Chat

    Smart customer service and sales with interactive online chat module.

    The online chat module supports customers exactly when they need help. Be in direct contact with shop users via online chat especially for new or particularly complex products. The chat tool can be configured as to which criteria the chat is activated – so that the customer does not feel bothered, but sees this contact option as a positive additional service.

    For silver.eShop a plugin is available that allows direct access to the email marketing solution Newsletter2Go. silver.eShop supports all standard attributes of Newsletter2Go and in addition can transfer individual attributes for purchasing behaviour. Shop operators can access selected data from the ERP in the newsletter tool and use it for filtering. Segment your customers according to their purchasing behaviour or customer group and address them individually - for successful, personalised e-mail campaigns.
