Overview

The project task was to implement an international product catalogue in more than 12 languages. The focus was on the comprehensive and attractive presentation of the entire Mia product range, which differs from country to country. The target group is female end customers.

The solution in detail

To maintain its product range, Amoena Mia uses the product information system which was already set up as part of the first Amoena project for the USA. As part of this project, silver.solutions implemented a comprehensive multishop system for the wholesaler's worldwide B2B shops.

The basis of the PIM is the CMS by Ibexa, which is connected to the ERP through the B2B-Connector developed by silver.solutions. The PIM precisely controls which content is available in which countries and is thus displayed on the website.

In the detailed product view the individual models are presented together with colour samples and, depending on availability, with various product images. The product photos can be enlarged using the zoom function. Matching accessories are shown underneath the product display.

Editorial content such as detailed information about the Comfort+ technology and news is added to the product catalogue. A list of dealers is also available, as is a leaf-through catalogue. The catalogue can be downloaded as a PDF on request.

The result

On its international website, Amoena presents its new lingerie line Mia, which is available in select specialist shops, to a worldwide customer base. For product data maintenance, Amoena is able to effectively exploit synergy effects. All product data are maintained centrally and can be used for the different company websites.
